In 1982 three cultural sistes in sri lanka were inscribed on the UNESCO world Heritage List. the Ancient city of sigiriya, and the sacred city of Anuradhapura.





Tody Sri Lanka has six cultural site inscribed on the UNESCO Heritage List, including the Golden Temple of  Dabulla.






Tha old town of Galle and its Fortifications and tha sacred city of kandy. UNESCO has also listed tow SRO  Lankan natural sites on the world Heritage List.



The Central Highlands of Sri Lanka and singharaja Forest Reserve.





The Central Highlands of Sri Lanka is a national resource recognized as a World Heritage site.
